I am so thankful for our community of yogis. During the initial weeks and months of the pandemic we came together and built a virtual community for practice that lasted through September! I want to carry that connectivity into the month of November, with a special focus on gratitude. We welcome all into our community - old + new.
We will connect virtually over Zoom for a 60 minute flow. The style may vary from one session to the next, but will be rooted in vinyasa style yoga flow.
11/11 - Open Level Vinyasa Flow
11/14 - Power Yoga Flow
11/18 - Open Level Vinyasa Flow
11/21 - Beginners Yoga Flow - Good for those brand new to yoga, or anyone just looking to slow down the pace a bit. We will focus on alignment and foundational poses - it’s gonna be awesome!
11/22 - Power Yoga Flow - Good for those with a bit of yoga or fitness experience, but will offer options for beginners as well! A great chance to challenge the body and create a sense of strength and empowerment!
Registered participants will receive a zoom link with details on how to join about one hour before class.
