I am so thankful for our community of yogis. Gratitude flows are back for November 2021 and I’m excited to flow with all of you!!
We will connect virtually over Zoom for a 50 minute flow + 10 minute gratitude meditation. The class will be structured as a mixed level vinyasa flow, suitable for beginners, and options for additional challenge for those with a more experienced practice.

About Vinyasa Flow - This class can be tailored for beginners as well as those with a bit more yoga experience. In vinyasa flow, series of poses are linked together with breath. Participants will build strength, balance, and flexibility.
Registered participants will receive a zoom link with details on how to join about one hour before class.
